Cancellation Policies
Standard Cancellation Policy
Some programs have special cancellation policies; please see the Special Cancellation Policies list below.
Refunds:
Refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) within the following deadlines: For a 5-day program beginning on Monday with housing beginning Sunday, the refund deadline is close of business on Saturday, nine days preceding the workshop. For a weekend program with housing beginning Friday, the refund deadline is close of business on Thursday, eight days preceding the workshop.
Credit:
Nonrefundable credit toward a future Omega program (less a $50 processing fee) is available if you give notice between 7 and 1 day(s) before an event. For a 5-day program beginning Monday, the credit deadline is close of business the Saturday immediately before the workshop. For a weekend program, the credit deadline is close of business the Thursday immediately before the workshop. Credit may be applied to any Omega programs for one year following date of issue.
No credit or refund is available if you cancel on Friday for a weekend program, Sunday for a 5-day program, or on the workshop's arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. Omega reserves the right to cancel any program at any time.
Omega reserves the right to cancel any program at any time; if Omega cancels a program, you will receive a full refund.
Omega Transportation Services:
A full refund is available if you give notice of cancellation at least three days (72 hours) in advance. The refund deadline is close of business on Tuesday for travel on Friday, and close of business on Thursday for travel on the following Sunday. No refund is available if less than three days' notice is given.
Travel Insurance: We recommend you contact your travel agent to purchase travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel or change your travel plans.

A $1,500 deposit is required for the training tuition and 50% of the total housing fee. This will hold your place. The balance is due by March 26, 2008 (cancellation deadline). Refunds are available (less a $100 processing fee) up to March 26; Between March 26-April 11 you can get a nonrefundable credit on your account (less a $100 processing fee). After April 11 all fees are nonrefundable. There is no refund if you leave the training early.
