All-Inclusive Campus Package & Accommodations

Omega's beautiful Rhinebeck, New York campus is like a small community. Make new friends, dine with classmates, enjoy outdoor activities, meditate, take a yoga class, or just spend some time relaxing by the lake. Our All-Inclusive Campus Package offers a wide range of options so you can build a truly unique Omega experience.

Accommodations

Omega provides a variety of accommodations to meet all budgets. Our simple, comfortable lodging is a perfect complement to your campus experience. To help you unplug, rooms do not have phones or televisions. Phones and WiFi are found in convenient locations. And don't forget to check out our environmentally friendly Deluxe Green Rooms, fully renovated to support sustainable living.

Rates are per person and do not include course tuition. Accommodations can only be booked as part of an All-Inclusive Campus Package. Commuter Fee is required only for those not staying in Omega accommodations.

Deluxe Double Cabin Room A—Our Fully Renovated Green Rooms
Omega's environmentally friendly Green Rooms are designed to support sustainable living:

• Organic mattresses, pillows, and comforters
• Local, sustainable building materials
• Low-flow showerheads and dual-button toilets
• Compact fluorescent lighting
• Air-conditioning and heat offset by wind-powered energy

Single Cabin Room A
Private room with one queen-size bed and private bath includes a built-in dresser and desk, ceiling fan, central heat, no air-conditioning.

Couple's Cabin Room A
Intended for couples, these rooms include one queen-size bed and private bath, built-in dresser and desk, ceiling fan, central heat, no air-conditioning.

Double Cabin Room A — Private Bath
Shared room with two double beds and private bath includes a nightstand, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, central heat, no air-conditioning. Available as a share only. If you do not register with a companion, a roommate will be assigned to you. A limited number of wheelchair accessible rooms are also available.

Single Cabin Room B — Shared Bath
Private room with one queen-size bed and bath shared with an adjoining room. Includes a built-in dresser and desk, ceiling fan, central heat, no air-conditioning. Limited availability.

Double Cabin Room B — Shared Bath
Shared room with two double beds and bath shared with an adjoining room. Includes a nightstand, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, central heat, no air-conditioning. Available as a share only. If you do not register with a companion, a roommate will be assigned to you.

Dorm Singles and Dorm Deluxe
One of Omega's most affordable lodging options. Dorms are located uphill from mid-campus. Small private room with one single bed and bath shared by 8 to 12 guests. Includes self-standing fan, central heat, no air-conditioning. Towels and pillows are provided. Please bring your own sheets and blankets or sleeping bag. You may also borrow these from Omega for a small fee. Dorms are coed. Based on availability, Omega can sometimes accommodate single gender dorm requests. A limited number of wheelchair accessible rooms are also available.

Single and Double Tent Cabins
Located in a wooded area uphill from mid-campus, these roomy cabins on platforms with two single beds are another of Omega's low-cost alternatives. Includes electricity, no heat, no air-conditioning. Linens are not included. Please bring your own sheets or sleeping bag, blankets, towels, and pillows. You may also borrow these from Omega for a small fee. Tent Cabins are available as either a single or double at different rates. If you have a roommate, you must register at the same time. Omega does not assign roommates for Tent Cabins. Bathhouses with showers are nearby.

Camping
Campsites are pre-assigned and located near the lake or in a wooded area uphill from mid-campus. You must provide your own tent and all appropriate camping gear. Stoves, campfires, and recreational vehicles are not allowed on campus. Bathhouses with showers are nearby.

Commuter Fee:
Guests who choose not to stay on our Rhinebeck Campus are required to pay a Commuter Fee. This fee entitles you to receive the full benefits of our unique Omega All-Inclusive Campus Package excluding the cost of accommodations. An off-campus referral list is available.
